Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
KaviAI is offered as a recurring subscription. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
2. Refund window
If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase or a renewal and we’ll review a refund of that charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. AI credits
Credits consumed by AI generation (e.g. regenerating the Morning Brief or analytics insights) are non-refundable once used, as they reflect real model usage. Unused credits included with a plan expire at the end of the billing period.
4. How to request
Email support@kaviagentic.com with your account email and the charge in question. We typically respond within one business day.
5. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
